Natalia and Matthias
I (Natalia) moved to Germany in 2003 in order to work as a dancing instructor for Salsa and Bachata. With the aim to see my family regularly I started to organise Salsa travel journeys for small groups to Costa Rica. So I stayed connected to my home country through my buisness. It was always my wish to provide also travellers from all over the world an accommodation.
I love to spread our culture and way of living in Germany through my dance classes and I always had in mind I wanna host in Costa Rica somedays travellers to show them my country. Now with our "Casa Lapa" Matthias and I fullfilled our dream to provide a location for people from all over the world.
We bought this house in 2016 also in order to have a place for ourselves when we are with our family in Costa Rica. We had to renovate everything and make a lot of arragements to that we and our guests feel at home. The effort turned to account. Finally, we found Miguel and Natalia as our Co-hosts for the time we are not in Costa Rica.

Natalia
Natalia lives with her son at Casa Lapa. It´s worth to meet them as they are lovable persons. Natalia keeps an eye of everything in the house during the time Natalia and Matthias are not around. She cleans the rooms and is in charge of the maintanance and repair.
